Great stay for Easter! We had a comfortable room with a neat and clean bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us with our needs. The check-in and check-out processes were super quick, allowing us more time to enjoy our vacation. We also enjoyed the fact that our room had good heating, perfect for the chilly April weather.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The room lacked sufficient lighting, with only three dim lamps.

I have stayed here some 2 years ago, and now the hotel starts to feel its age. The room did not feel clean enough, although it was not so bad. The free internet worked well. Good size room (dbl) and bathroom, nice flat tv. Breakfast ok.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel's location within a business park and close to the autoroute made it the perfect stop for an overnight stay. I also appreciated the staff's friendly and helpful service.

All was fine, nothing stood out as needing improvement.

Re: Room 14 - wi-fi connection in hotel lobby and hook-up of laptop in room disaster..most of the time no connection possible - still no cleaning of room second day at 4 P.m !! incredible ...forgotten by hotel staff....bathroom insufficiently equipped for handicapped persons - no support bar - no foldable chair in shower on wall - extremely low mirror only suitable for wheelchair user - neglecting the fact that in most cases there is in a double room a second non handicap person together with the wheelchair person.... Furthermore not every handicapped person is a wheelchair patient (I use a crutch..only one hand free) - not a single shelve in the bathroom to put something on - towels placed on wall but not easily reachable from the basin for handicapped persons - could not find socket in bathroom for electric shaver - no dust bin available in bathroom - water tubes etc. visible under basin - repairs not finished - tiles not replaced...kitchenette in room absolutely of no use - no refrigerator...no utensils, nothing at all....I Paid for superior room...but my experience as explained above was far from satisfactory to put it mildly.. Wonder what the hotel will do about my complaints??

Catered for my family of five in one room. Clean and spacious . Hotel staff really very attentive and helpful.

Room was cold and they had a heater in it to help. Children were given a blanket on their bed and not a duvet.

The hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its convenient location near the autoroute. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a balcony and free wifi. The breakfast offered is tasty and satisfying.

All was perfect.

We chose it as it was close to Grenoble Airport, as we had an early flight. It was a lovely relaxing place to stay with very comfortable beds and it was very easy to find.

We had a great stay at this hotel near the highway. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable mattress and bathtub. The staff was amazing, especially Élodie at the bar and breakfast counter, who stayed friendly and professional even when busy. Parking was easy and secure, and the breakfast was excellent.

Nothing it was perfect.

Spacious rooms, close to highway but you don't have the impression (quiet and nice environment). Good hotel to stay one night on your way to a further destination

Renovated, but still a bit 'dusty, old' feeling

We were impressed that check in in was allowed to be so late. And staff before and during our stay were helpful about the much needed booking of a taxi.

The room was absolutely freezing, even after we had attempted to switch on the heating! We mentioned it to staff in the morning, but no compensation offered.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, quick check-in/out, excellent service by Maxime and Aziz, convenient location for exploring Grenoble, Chambery.

No negatives from this place.

We were easily upgraded to a larger room for a small fee. Room was clean. After 6 days of skiing in the Alps, location was good for early return journey to airport. Beds were comfortable.

No food available during the afternoon - no snacks machine or crisps or nuts available behind the bar (which was open all day)... We arrived at 3.30pm and were starving - dinner wasn't being served until 7pm. The location was right in the middle of a business park with no food facilities available at all. Dinner was very poor quality and tasted awful - would not recommend eating there - either drive into town or bring sandwiches!

It was relatively close to Grenoble airport and accommodated a family of 5 in one room.

There was limited choice on the menu and it was too far out of town to eat elsewhere.
